I love this place! The appartments are beautiful, with modern kitchens and bathrooms, high ceilings and large windows over looking the city of Columbia. Your in the heart of downtown Columbia, walking distance to main street where you have an excellent selection of fine dinning, bars and other restaurants. Last thing, the amenities are great. Large mail room with an Amazon hub, lounge area, place inside the building  separate from your appartment to keep your mountain bikes,  a gym, pool and a grill. The staff is absolutely great, the Property manager Brandi is one of a kind.
